[freeside] Export to Freeradius MySQL database

[Admore Nyamaka]

So what authentication Protocol must l use for RADIUS ( with the
freeside passwords?)

l might be sounding stupid, but that is becasue l a a newbie :), and we
don't have a lot of resources to test the setup, not even a permanent
connection to the internet (gosh!) :(
