[freeside] Reliability of freeside

I have customized freeside also to meet some of my needs:

- changed the default invoice to a HP PCL  overlay, when sent to the HP
laserjet printer I have, overlays my nice invoice over the information

- added the ability to incriment IP addresses and store the proper IP
address in the domain information automitically

- added the ability to specity credit card CCV2 numbers

and a few other things here and there.  It is a great system because it is
writen in Perl, and most of the processing is done with perl modules.
