[freeside] Reliability of freeside

Thanks for the feedback.

I'd also like to know from the freeside community
about their experiences with customizing freeside.
Customization could include adding a new pricing plan,
modifying the look+feel, adding new functionality,
etc.

Also, was it possible to do customization using
in-house resources or was it necessary to make use of
the services of Mr. Kohler?
