[freeside] Warning: prerequisite FS::SelfService 0 not found

FS::SignupClient is just a backwards-compatibility wrapper around 
FS::SelfService for folks with old customized signup.cgi's. 

Looking its not even in current CVS anymore, but I could dig it up and
add it back if folks needed it...
