Visa already made maximum 4 digit display and post charge transmission a
requirement for online merchants (last year some time). Authorize.Net
shifted their systems already. CC numbers have to be captured on site for
local billing systems because Auth.net will not transmit either the
complete CC# or the expiration date -- even for successful transactions.
