[freeside] Freeside 1.4.1 Canceling Accounts

I just received and email from the person who committed
the changes and this is what he had to say about the fix:

It was actually -current the initial commit was done for.  The one I
asked for approval of was to -stable which would appear in the -STABLE
branch and, when it's released, 4.10.  It won't wind up in any of the
previous releases, typically only security fixes get back-ported (though
we are currently discussing a change to that, no firm plans though).
