How to setup a block hours service?

Hi all,

I was hoping people could share how they have configured freeside to sell
'block hours'.

We currently sell a block of hours to customers that they pre pay for (no
credit card complications) and the account is locked when they run out of
time.  Can Freeside replicate this?
