Alternative web interfaces?

Hi all,

I'm evaluating FreeSide for a client, but they have issues with the 
aesthetics of it.  Is there an alternative to the default style as seen by 
the online demo on the FreeSide website?  Right now the client is leaning 
toward OptiGold because it looks better, and easier for their staff to use.

Also, is there a tech support function/module available?  If not, will 
there be?
