[freeside] Can't create new service definition

You were missing the state from FS that it works with Postgresql 7.2. >From the error message, you problem could be 99% was using Pg 7.3. Some messages from Ivan said he fixed it in version 1.4.1beta6 but it's not all.

Couldn't find anything in the archives either, I must be doing something 
wrong. Fresh install, just done editing the configuration values, no other 
data yet.

When I try to click on:
view/edit service definitions->Add a new service definition

I get the following:

Something very similar if I try the same with view/edit exports.

What Am I missing?
