[freeside] setup driving me nuts..

You're segfaulting in DBD::Pg / libpq.  You need to get PostgreSQL and
DBD::Pg working in a simple test case before attempting to use it with
Freeside.  DBD::Pg 1.01 is ancient, FWIW.
