Where to define radius database for billing out of?

Folks,

Maybe I'm just having a bad Friday, but when I set a price plan of 'base
charge plus charge per-hour....from an external sqlradius radacct table,'
which should, I can't for the life of me figure out how to tell Freeside
where said radius database is, what username/password to use, and so on.
