[freeside] Billing customers ahead of time.

My Freeside installation does exactly that. When the next bill date comes
it generates an invoice for that date to the end of the recuring period,
whether it is a monthly, quarterly, semi-anually, or anually.

What does the invoice show for dates?
Mine look like this:

This top date is the invoice date, and you can see that they are being 
billed for the month of October (10/01/02 - 11/01/02).

What do you have your package configured for on the 
Frequency (months) of recurring fee?
