[freeside] session_history.cgi

I'm building a backup environment to the production one you installed for
us. So I have to get a working server up asap. What do you suggest since
this DBD::Pg bug prevents the setup from running?

This is a DBD::Pg bug, which hopefully will be fixed in DBD::Pg 1.32.
It would be worthwhile to test a current DBD::Pg snapshot from
gborg.postgresql.org and report if the problem has in fact been fixed.
