I think I have found a legitimate reason to delete
some invoices.

Today when I ran freeside-daily, a customer was billed
$240,240.98 and another was billed around $31,000. 
The first customer is a monthly billed usage based
customer who never logged in.  The second is a
customer who usually pays for six months of unlimited
Internet. 

I would not want any user to see a charge or a credit
of a couple of hundred thousand dollars.  That's a
pretty big mistake.

I am running Freeside 1.4.1, PostgreSQL version 7.3.2,
Perl 5.8.0.
