ok so the DBI:DOC don't tell me anything unless I want to modify the pm

but I would think the web interface  would have some docs to it if that
needed to be done. and if I hard code it in the would I not have to use
multi scripts to two different systems?

the web export interface has 

Export host   	system.domain.com
Export        	sqlradius- realtime export to SQL backed RadiusServer
DBI Data Source radius
Database user name radius
database password password

and the error we get

1.  Can't connect(radius radius password ), no database driver
specified and DBI_DSN env var not set at
/usr/local/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.005//FS/cust_svc.pm line 366 ,
/usr/local/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.005/Apache/ASP.pm line 1488 

now I would under stand the DBI:MYSQL having to be on the system that is
running freeside is it had mysql on it but the mysql system is remote
and should be talking via telnet/network right 
I am I wrong in this or would the DBI:mysql have to be on the remote
system also?
