Exporting vpopmail and Bank of America Processing

Hello,

We have installed Freeside 1.4.0, and I wish we had found it before we had
purchaed Optigold.  Anyway, I'm having trouble with a couple of items.

I'm trying to configure our Bank of America merchant info for CC processing.
I have installed Business::CreditCard, Business::OnlinePayment and
Business::OnlinePayment::BankOfAmerica.  I have configured the
business-onlinepayment as follows:

BankOfAmerica
Merchant ID
password
Authorization Only

I also disabled Batch Pay and created a new invoice event as specified.
When I try to process a card, I receive the following error:

Is the merchant_id.al a file I have to create manually, or am I missing
something?  That directory is there, but it's empty except for an
autosplit.ix file.

My other point of confusion is exporting vpopmail information.  I enter the
IP address of the server under Export host, the directory, and the uid and
gid.  I'm not exactly sure what to enter for vpopmail machine.  I have tried
an IP address, and a FQDN, but I get the following error each time:

Can anyone help me out?

We're running Mandrake 8.2, Apache/1.3.23,mod_perl/1.26, Apache::ASP, and
perl 5.6.1, and postgresql
