[freeside] ACH and Signup Server

I am sorry, I should have pointed out that I am
running freeside-1.4.1beta5.
However, the instructions you are quoting are not on
the upgrade9.html file located at
http://www.sisd.com/freeside/docs/ nor is it in the
docs provided in the freeside-1.4.1beta5 tar file.
Maybe I misdirected you by not proving the version of
freeside I am using. My apologies.
I do my best to follow any instructions you have
provided. This makes me wonder if I am not missing
other directions I should be following. Please
confirm where this file is as there maybe some
instructions I am not following.
