  Subject: [freeside] freeside-queue dies

  Hi All.

I have just downloaded Freeside v1.4.0pre11, and installed it on a Mandrake 8.2 box, running Apache 1.2.23 with all the required modules, and MySQL. It is using Apache::ASP.

Everything installed just fine (or at least, it seemed to), but when I run "/usr/bin/freeside-queue freeside", it reports back that it's running (even gives me a PID), but when I do a "ps-aux", it's not listed at all.

I suspect that the fact that freeside-queue not running may be responsible for a couple other errors I get, but before posting about those, I'd like to make sure it *is* running, and eliminate that possibility.

Has anyone come across this, and if so, what was the problem (and more importantly, how do I solve it?? <grin>)

  Thanx, in advance.
