[freeside] email not being sent

[Rick Eicher II]

I have checked the relay it is working. If I am not mistaken if it was not
working then none of our customers would be able to send email out to others
on the internet.

Nothing shows up in the logs on the email server. It is like it is not even
recieving the command.
