[freeside] svc_acct.export/mysql/radius problem

I am not able to locate Africa/Namibia on yellow pages. That is why I didn't add anything yet. Could you please look into that.

  Apache/Mysql/ICRadius 
  freeside user on freeside box can ssh to www/radius box as freeside and root 
  with no probs 
  freeside user on freeside box can mysql -h to www/radius/mysql box no probs 
  as freeside 
  icradiusmachine = Apache/Mysql/ICRadius box => domain radius radius xxxxxxxxpw 
  icradius_mysqldest = /var/lib/mysql/freeside 
  icradius_mysqsource = /var/lib/mysql/
