svc_acct.export/mysql/radius problem

Hi, problem getting svc_acct.export to work, reread all docs, still
baffled,
can add/mod/del users/services/packages via main interface flawlessly,
While running svc_acct.export I get the following:
Can't cd /var/lib/mysql/freeside: Permission denied at ./svc_acct.export
line
430.
mysql will break if I change the ownership here to freeside, not sure if
its
the freeside box dir or the www/radius box that is wining either
Any Ideas???

Specs:
freeside-1.3.1
RH7 on i586
2 machines: (Firewalled) Freeside/Mysql  the other (Public)
Apache/Mysql/ICRadius
freeside user on freeside box can ssh to www/radius box as freeside and
root
with no probs
freeside user on freeside box can mysql -h to www/radius/mysql box no
probs
as freeside
icradiusmachine = Apache/Mysql/ICRadius box => domain radius radius
xxxxxxxxpw
icradius_mysqldest = /var/lib/mysql/freeside
icradius_mysqsource = /var/lib/mysql/
