Freeside can handle prepaid cards for a monetary amount ("$5")or an amount
of time ("20 hours", etc.), but not yet for "traffic volume". It's
sporadically documented. See httemplate/docs/signup.html and
httemplate/docs/session.html, as well as the Perl API reference for
FS::prepay_credit
