Error: Not Running User Freeside

Hello list;
Im consistantly getting this error in /usr/local/apache/logs/error_log:

[Wed Aug 21 16:11:18 2002] [error] [asp] [25605] [error] Not running uid
freeside! at /usr/local/etc/freeside/asp-global//global.asa line 62 <--> ,
/usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/Apache/ASP.pm line 1423

Im running 1.4 on slackware linux 8.0 (2.2.20) with apache 1.3.26 and
mod_perl 1.27.  Im not sure what is wrong - i chowned *.cgi in
freeside/search to be owned by freeside.  Is there a step i am missing?  I
assume because Freeside now uses mod_perl, we don't use Suexec anymore.
Is this correct?

Any suggestions would be awesome.
