FS-SignupServer and Session Monitor Problems

[Cal]

When trying to run the server side of either of these
I get the following.

What does this mean exactly as I am new to DBIx?

Perl 5.8.0
Freeside 1.4.0
DBIx-DataSource-0.02
DBIx-DBSchema-0.20
PostgreSQL version 7.0.3
