One Time Charges

Hi all,

I was wondering if there had been any improvements made to the way
one-time-charges are assessed, as in, rather than a separate plan.

My company's getting REALLY frustrated with OptiGold (oh look, you need to
spend MORE money because you don't have the ccauth plugin, did we forget
to mention that one?  oops!)
