[freeside] cust_main.list

The /usr/local/etc/freeside/cache.DBI:mysql:freeside/ directory does not
exist.

This directory should have been created by `make create-config' during
your installation as specified in httemplate/docs/install.html, or if you
are upgrading, you can create the directory manually as specified in
httemplate/docs/upgrade8.html
