Error when running fs-setup

Hi everyone,

When running fs-setup I receive the following error:

perl: error in loading shared libraries:
/usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.6.0/i386-linux/auto/DBD/mysql/mysql.so: undefined
symbol: mysql_init

I have installed all of the required modules, including DBD::mysql. I am at
Perl 5.6.0 with DBD::mysql version 2.0901.

Any direction that anyone could point me would be most appreciated.
