deleting packages

When deleting packages of the same type for a customer:

For Instance:

2 56k dialup accounts and wanting to remove one of them, you only get an
option to remove all packages or you get the following error when trying
to remove:

Error: Leftover services, svcpart 14: svcnum 3428, 3429


What is the procedure on removing packages from customers.
