icradius setup in freeside

I found your previous responses to getting icradius 'radcheck' to export
to ICradius.  I created the 'radcheck' manually and setup the 3 icradius
configs and still no info is being sent to the radcheck table in freeside
or Icradius.  I am using the latest CVS as of today.  

Is there some extra values or configuration that I am missing.  I know
this is probably just an ID10T error but you help is appreciated.
