Software error: Record.pm

I get this error message when trying finish a new customer account setup
right after I enter the username/passwd/POP/ect and hit submit...

"Insecure dependency in eval while running with -T switch at
/usr/local/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.005/FS/Record.pm line 202."

What exactly am I doing wrong?

I am running FreeBSD 4.3, Apache 1.3, PostgreSQL 7.1
