cant find bin/freeside-disable-overdue

Hi There, while execing FS/perl Makefile.pl:  can't find
bin/freeside-disable-overdue
Looked in dist directory, I can't find it.
Whot I do wrong?

Spec:
RH7
Perl 5.6.0
Added all applicable perl mods
Added all applicable apache mods
extracted freeside-1.3.0 dist to /usr/src/
