[freeside] 1.2.3 released

Truly Amazing, I figured it out.. and the I now have a compiled database.
Though I am still able to run the cgi scripts. I have setup the
configuration files, and the ./fs-setup freeside completed with out an
error.

Now when I bring up the Browser, I am prompted for a user Id and Password. I
can look at the search functions, but anything else is Forbidden. Please
help. I know that I ma close, any ideas.
