about perl modules FS

I installed a freeside 1.2.2 on redhat linux 6.0 with mysql -3.22.26a-1 and
perl -5.00503-2.
Everything is installed according the install manual. And the tables are
created.

After start httpd , I click the link New Customer , and it returns

Software error:

For help, please send mail to the webmaster (root at localhost), giving this
error message and the time and date of the error.



I find that many of pages returns ERROR. And Most error refer to
CreditCard.pm. Would you please give me some advice on how to resolve the
problem.  And  I find  no CreditCard.pm in
/usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.005/FS/  , Is it Correct ?
