I sat down and force myself to deal with enough perl to figure this out.

I am apparently having some sort of difficulty with str2time.  The command
line I am using is

freeside-bill -c -d 19991011 username

in order to generate bills for customers due on Oct 11th.  The problem
is that str2time( $main::opt_d ) results in nothing so only the suspended
customers show up.

Now I just need to figure out WHY :)
