Email invoicing and account deleteions

Email invoicing is in the current tree but not yet well tested.

Account deletions (cancellations) have been done since version 1.0.0.

*Automatic* account deletions are simply a matter of deciding policy and
writing a few lines of code that corresponds to that policy.
