fs-setup problem

Hi

I have been able to do most of the configuration etc and have reached a
stage where fs-setup starts to setup, but the following is the error
message that I get at a certain point:

" Can't create
/usr/local/etc/freeside/counters.DBI.Pg.dbname=freeside/cust_main_county.tax
num: no such file or directory at
/usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.005/FS/Record.pm line 533"

What could I be doing wrong??
