Problem with "fs-setup'

You didn't do the second-to-the-last step in install.html:

- Create the `/usr/local/etc/freeside/counters.<datasrc>', and
  `/usr/local/etc/freeside/export.<datasrc>' directories for each
  <datasrc> (owned by the freeside user).

Where <datasrc> is the DBI datasource (see config.html)

Check the archives, this has been mentioned a few times recently.
