as an addendum to my last post:
Including the line $ENV{'ORACLE_HOME'}='/u01...'; in UID.pm
finally got me to the point where i can add agents, pops etc.
And they are written to my OracleDB!
BUT (and this may be a consequence of my added $ENV-line or not):
i can't view any of these added records,i.e. POP-Listings, AGENT-Listings
are empty.
how come?
