List posting REQUIREMENTS

Recent new subscribers received a note about this when they signed up. 
I'm sending it out to everyone as it seems to be falling upon deaf ears.

If you have a problem, before posting to the list, you MUST verify that
the software Freeside depends on (Apache, Perl, DBI, DBD, the
database engine, other Perl modules, etc.) are installed and working.
Problems installing this software are outside the scope of the list.

Report the version of the OS, Perl, database engine, DBI and DBD.  All of
them.  For example:  Debian GNU/Linux 2.1 (kernel 2.0.36), Perl 5.004_04,
Mysql 3.21.33b, DBI 1.06, DBD::mysql 1.2005.  (Linux is a kernel, not a
distribution - report your distribution name and version as well)

Report the EXACT error message.  Cut and paste it.  Also the relevant
contents of Apache's error.log, if applicable.  Again, the _exact_
contents, with cut and paste.

YES, THIS MEANS YOU!  If you can't report the information requested, don't
bother posting your problem.  I don't mean to be harsh, but for free
support you have to do a minimum of legwork yourself.
