Get it going

OK, got it going, but am missing a piece of the instructions.

Decided to try it b4 customizing import script.  Now I am REALLY confused.

For testing:
Added one of each under administration.
Added a Customer.

No packages show up under browse packages.
Can't seem to figure out how to attach a package to a customer.

Its not "active" yet, so if you want to take a look it is at
