Perl error in first installation

Are you sure it was the same problem?  The original poster's error was in
loading the shared library for MySQL, probably caused by an incorrect
MySQL or DBD::mysql installation.  I don't think that applies to your
situation.

Yes, the documentation should note you should run fs-setup as the freeside
user, and the script should error out if you aren't the correct user.
