The setup date - if it is blank, it is set to the current date when you
bill that customer, and the setup fee is charged.  So for imported data
I'd set it to some reasonable date (if you can't get the actual setup
date).

If you leave it blank you'll charge all your imported customers a setup
fee when you bill them.

Even with real data, I highly recommend you do a test run first.
