Whoops.  Seems this one got lost in the pile.  Sorry about that.

The answer is: it depends on your choice of real-time and batch
processors.  For real-time I currently support CyberCash only; they were
the only specs I could get.  If you know of any other ways to do real-time
processing other than ICVERIFY, please do share your knowledge.  I was
supposed to get specs for ICVERIFY from someone but haven't gotten
anything yet.  The ICVERIFY people want $500 for an SDK plus support yada
yada which I'm not prepared to shell out for a free software project.  A
merchant using them may be able to get better response than I. 

For batch you'll probably need to "roll your own".  I have some stuff for
Checkfree format files, which now go to First USA Paymentech, if you can
convince them to accept Checkfree format files (last I heard they were
only doing so for former Checkfree customers).  I'm working on
export/import for MacAuthorize for someone right now, but that probably
has limited demand.  :) 

What are you using to process credit cards?  If you can send the specs,
and help with testing, it shouldn't be difficult to implement.  If it is
something with broad appeal, I can probably implement it fairly soon.
