Missing file?

I'm missing a file [ ..../search/cust_main-custnum.html ] from fs-1.0.0.
Is there a newer distribution somewhere that I need to get?

I'm still working on trying to figure out why the custnum variable isn't
getting passed to the ../view routines, also,

Are there cgi routines somewhere that actually add new users to
/etc/passwd, or is that left up to build in locally?
