Deleting items from the part_pkg and part_svc listings

Right now you need to use your SQL client.  Be sure and make sure:

When removing services, make sure there are no services with this part (no
matching svcpart in cust_svc) and that they are included in no packages
(no matching svcpart in pkg_svc).  Records in pkg_svc with 0 quantity can
be safely removed.

A When removing packages, make sure there are no packages with this part
(no maching pkgpart in cust_pkg) and also remove any entries matching that
pkgpart in type_pkgs.

Support for this has been added to the development tree but hasn't been
released yet.  I hope to get a release out soon.
