Difficult Time Installing

Hello,  Tring to install Freeside..    Hmm not much luck..

I am using a SUSE version of Linux..   Looks as all of the suggested
Perl scripts installed O.K., MySQL installed O.K...   I have worked my
way through the instuctions right up to su myself to freeside..   then
running fs-setup..  looks as if I have a Perl module missing..  does any
one know which module CounterFile.pm is from?  I looked at every
suggested module to be installed..  and I couldn't find that one.. also
it looks like I may have other probs as well

here's the error message from fs-setup ...
