Have a look at the current CVS, particularly
 fs_selfservice/FS-SelfService/cgi/verify.cgi and the way it interacts with
(what is presently) a Business-OnlineThirdPartyPayment module.  For better
IPN it should pass some hashed (secret) material to the server for it to pass
back.

  Business-OnlineThirdPartyPayment is not yet public, so feel free to query
me here on anything unclear.
