Yes.  Using 1.3.1, download the authorize.net-specific CCLib.pm from
<ftp://ftp.minivend.com/pub/minivend3/payment/CCLib.pm_authorize.net_0.03>,
install it as CCLib.pm and follow the instructions for CyberCash v2.

Using 1.4.0, use Business::OnlinePayment::AuthorizeNet from CPAN and the
Business::OnlinePayment support in the configuration section of the web
interface.
