I don't think it was ever *unstable* as such, its more a matter of
specifying what we're going to deprecate and what we're going to ask
module authors to start supporting in the new version.
I certainly would recommend v3 for current use or module development.
Maybe if we can get some sort of introspection going soon, so modules
can declare what features they support, we can stop worrying so much
about delaying an official v3 and do things more incrementally.

Yup. You could also email me or post something here if you'd like it
listed on http://420.am/business-onlinepayment/ immediately (I scan CPAN
for new modules a few times a year, but not terribly often).
