[freeside-users] Getting in touch with Anyone at Freeside

Our accountant created a ticket over a month ago.
I created a ticket about three weeks ago (Dec 18).

Realize it is a holiday season, but since Freeside
continues to bill for our support package I would
really wonder how one gets in touch with anyone
at Freeside these days or has the ship gone to
auto pilot ???
